Welcome to COOLA (also referred to as We, Us, this Website or COOLA.co.nz).  This Website is owned and operated by Beauty Care Limited.  If you have any questions in relation to these Terms of Use or the Privacy

Policy please email our Customer Service team.   By accessing or using the COOLA Website you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms of Use and as well as our Privacy Policy.

COOLA reserves the right to refuse service to you and/or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use.

For Customer Service and questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service team, who will endeavor to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receipt, if received 9 am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays).  The registered trading office for COOLA - Beauty Care Limited is 38 Aitken Terrace, Kingsland, Auckland, New Zealand.  Please address all correspondence to PO Box 46-098, Auckland 1148, New Zealand.

These are the terms of use ("Terms of Use") for your use of services or features on the site owned and controlled by Beauty Care Ltd including (www.coola.co.nz)("Site"). These Terms of Use govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access. We like to interact with you on third party sites where we post content or invite your feedback, such as www.facebook.com/coolanewzealand, www.instagram.com/coola_nz ("Third Party Sites"). Our Terms of Use including services that involve Third Party Sites, but COOLA.co.nz does not control those Third-Party Sites, and these Terms of Use, do not apply to companies that COOLA.co.nz does not own or control, or to the actions of people that COOLA.co.nz does not employ or manage. You should always check the terms of use posted on Third Party Sites.

By accessing any sites containing or linking to our content, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy (available at www.coola.co.nz) whether or not you have read them. If you do not agree with any of these, you must not use our Site.

COOLA.co.nz reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms of Use, from time to time at any time, without notice, and in its sole discretion. If COOLA.co.nz decides to change these Terms of Use, COOLA.co.nz will post a new updated version on the Sites. Product Information

The products displayed on the Sites can be delivered to a physical address within New Zealand. All prices on the Sites are quoted in NZ $ dollars and include the current GST percentage, but are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

All product statements/descriptions are intended to be used for personal education or informational purposes only. We do not intend or warrant that our products are or can be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition or disease. All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions, and guidelines. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions. COOLA.co.nz is not responsible for updating or reviewing Third Party Content or Third-Party Sites. You use Third Party Content and Third-Party Sites at your own risk. Reservation of rights

COOLA.co.nz reserves the right, at any time, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the interactive services and sites and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the interactive services and the sites. COOLA.co.nz will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of the sites or the interactive services. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.


Fraud protection

When processing an order, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorised or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for whatsoever reason (at our sole discretion). If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses for whatsoever reason (at our sole discretion). We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorised or illegal activity.

Order processing

We endeavor to process orders within 24 working hours of receipt.

New Zealand orders have an expected delivery window of 3-5 business days.

Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 11 am, New Zealand time, all Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed the following Monday.

We currently ship throughout New Zealand only.

Order Delivery - to ensure your products arrive to you in premium condition and for security reasons all parcels must be signed for on receipt. If you are not going to be home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel, otherwise, a courier card will be left for you to organise a redelivery free of charge.  Where authority to leave is requested by the recipient, we do not accept responsibility for orders that are damaged, stolen or lost once they have been delivered.  If you'd like the courier to leave the parcel without your signature please clearly state this within the comments section at checkout.


Delivery & handling

coola.co.nz - Only ship within New Zealand, we currently do not offer shipping outside of New Zealand

Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 9 am to 4.30pm New Zealand time.

We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date but we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

coola.co.nz offers free shipping* under the following conditions

New Zealand - *Free shipping on all orders over $100.00 NZD*, nationwide, alternatively a $5.00 flat shipping fee will be charged on orders under $100.00 NZD

*Free shipping excludes orders consisting of 15 units or over, please email us at hello@coola.co.nz for delivery costs.

Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.


Payment methods

coolas.co.nz accepts payment via Stripe (link to be included)

  • For security reasons, you're billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
  • All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
  • Any payment by credit card or debit card must be paid to and received by COOLA.co.nz before the order to which such payment shall be accepted by COOLA.co.nz and deliver thereof commenced.



COOLA.co.nz is required by law to collect sales tax in the form of GST which is included in all our prices


Returns & exchanges

Please keep in mind that we are unable to exchange or refund stock if your colour choice is incorrect, please choose your colour option carefully, thank you.

COOLA.co.nz would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return any products for any reason, you must apply in writing to COOLA.co.nz (customer services) within 14 days from the date you receive such products. If you fail to seek consent to return the products within that period of time (time being of the essence) you will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the products and COOLA.co.nz shall not incur any subsequent liability in respect thereof.

If COOLA.co.nz gives its written consent for the return of the products, the products must be returned together with a credit claim which quotes: the COOLA.co.nz invoice number, the date of delivery of the products, and the name of the customer services representative of COOLA.co.nz who approved the return, and the reason for the return. If you comply with the foregoing, COOLA.co.nz may, at its own discretion entirely:

  • Give a credit to you for the products which have been correctly returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were dispatched (subject to a charge for reasonable costs where products were ordered incorrectly); or
  • Subject to any express warranty given by COOLA.co.nz, to provide replacement products. In the event that the above provisions are not strictly complied with, COOLA.co.nz will return such products to you at your expense. We are unable to refund any freight charges, and for reasons of hygiene, cannot replace or refund goods if they have been opened or the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty. We do not exchange or refund goods for the reason of change of mind.


Colour on the internet

Please keep in mind that we are unable to exchange or refund stock if your colour choice is incorrect, please choose your colour option carefully, thank you.

COOLA.co.nz wants you to enjoy the products you buy from us. Please keep in mind that colour monitors display colours differently, so if you have concerns about specific colours of makeup, please email our customer service. We'll get back to you right away with information to help you select the colour that is right for you.


Risk in products

Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Use or the law, risk in products shall pass from COOLA.co.nz to you when the products leave our premises.


Warranties & Guarantees

COOLA.co.nz does not provide any guarantees or warranties in respect of its products EXCEPT as expressly confirmed in these Terms of Use.

Governing law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. If any provision hereof is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability shall be deemed eliminated or modified to the minimum possible extent to make the remainder of these Terms of Use enforceable.

Failure by COOLA.co.nz to insist upon strict performance of these Terms of Use shall not be a waiver of any rights of COOLA.co.nz on any subsequent occasion.


Promotion codes

Terms & Conditions

  • The COOLA.co.nz promotional codes are only available on coola.co.nz for deliveries within New Zealand Only, a valid physical address must be used. Also, all coola.co.nz customer T&C's apply.
  • One voucher code per customer per purchase.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or sale items, the exclusive voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash, voucher code cannot be applied at a later date or if the product is out of stock.
  • We take no liability if you have misplaced your voucher code.
  • Voucher code hold a validation date per each individual promotion
